Join Me this week in “Breaking Free from my Bad Habit”!

This morning I woke up and realized a bad habit has been forming and yes, it is making me grumpy!  Do you have a habit you want to break?  Maybe it is the same as mine, maybe it is different.  It doesn’t matter what habit you want to break, we can do this together.  Want to Join Me?

This week I’m focusing on breaking the habit of working all day in and out.  As a Work-At-Home-Mom, I have the flexibility to work when I want, but as a workaholic that very easily turns into working all day.  Now, yes, I mess around with Social Media because it is part of my business and it actually is on my daily to do list, but how much time it too much and how many pictures do I really need to look at of people I don’t even know, right?  I know you do this too because many of you have told me.

Let’s do this together this week!  Ready?

Here is what I want you to do and I promise I’ll be here to encourage you this week:

1)Go over to my Facebook page and friend me if we aren’t friends.

2)Write on my wall: I’m joining you in the “Breaking Free from my Bad Habit”!

3)I’ll encourage you this week to keep working to break free from that habit and to put into place a time management plan so that nasty habit can’t sneak back in.  You can private message me your habit or post it on my Wall, whichever you are more comfortable with.

4)Share with your other friends that want to break a habit as well.  The more the merrier!

This week I’m working on only working during my scheduled “working” hours.  That means no checking email all day long, answering the phone during “work” hours, etc.  I’ve got my list…now it is your turn to make one.

We can do this!  Cheers to “Breaking Free from my Bad Habit!”

Oh yeah – sign me up baby. I can’t find your facebook page, but I’m in, with the same goal as you no less. I’m in danger of burning out, I see myself frittering my time on the internet instead of standing up and going for a walk outside, so let’s break this workaholic addiction ;)
Can you point me in the direction of your FB page?

    • Awesome Rachelle! I see you found my Facebook page. I’ll get it connected on the blog post just in case someone else needs it.

  2. Cool :) Thanks, I’ll join you!
